With our experienced Chef brigade we have created three individual spaces offering quintessentially British fair. From our traditional afternoon tea, to our hearty grazing menus, great care has been taken to ensure that truly British ingredients are fused with international flavours so as to ease the traveler into enjoying one of the worlds best kept secrets in cuisine.

1880, Peridot and Malachite all have a décor or ambience, to suit your dining needs throughout the day. Begin with our traditional breakfast in the naturally lit Peridot, upon returning from shopping or meetings relax with a classic martini in Malachite, our cocktail lounge and then retire to 1880 so you can enjoy the award winning Grazing menu with several courses incorporating light and hearty dishes partnered by a selection of perfectly selected wines from around the world.
